    Our strength training fundamentals (S.T.F) class is focused on teaching you how to execute basic strength training movements (squats, deadlifts, bench etc) correctly to ensure you feel comfortable performing said movements to the best of your ability. This class will run on a four week rotation, with a new movement focused on every session until the four weeks are up and we start all over again! If you're new to lifting, or want to work on your form, this class is perfect for you.
