  • Description:
    Our Strenght Circuit utilises a group of strength exercises that are completed sequentially (one exercise after another). Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a prescribed time period before moving on to the next exercise, add that to some funky music and a fantastic instructor and you will be sure to have a blast!
