Description:
Adhering to traditional resistance training our strength coaching classes are led by fully qualified Personal Trainers that will run through the basic and essential resistance based exercises on a variety of our easy to use pin-loaded machines. This class will give you the essential knowledge and confidence on how these machines, exercises, and alike, work and perform. All performed upstairs in our Comfort Zone.
