Fit and Functionl! This functional training class will find you in the functional training area of the gym. Our PTs program every class individually to keep you on your toes both physically and mentally. Kettlebells, sleds, Battle ropes, rowers, assault bikes and medicine balls you name it they can throw it at you!!! 45 minutes in duration, leave feeling a whole body work out.
