    So what is our Piloxing Booty class? Its NOT hundreds of suats or lunges with a bar on your back! Incorporating pilates moves, you will focus on glute activaton and hip stabilisation along with strengthening your core. We use moves which include, standing, hands and knees, laying on your back or side and much more, which will allow for a fully body experience. And to finish the class, lets not forget to mention the highly effective and much loved combination of stretches to release and elongate those beautiful muscles.
