    Reformer fundamentals classes take it back to basics to explore the traditional pilates repertoire. Using the principles of breath, control, balance and alignment to explore a classical full body reformer workout. This class is completely beginner friendly and adjusted to suit your fitness level or needs.
    Please ensure you arrive early and grip socks are essential.
