Description:
Hatha: It’s all about the basics. It’s slower moving yoga that requires you to hold each pose for a few breaths. Learn relaxation techniques
and become comfortable with doing yoga while building strength and flexibility. Suitable for beginners to advanced.
Gentle Flow: Is a great all round yoga. It's relaxing, de-stressing, full of stretching and increases flexibility. Let your mind and body relax at the end of the day. All Yoga Class duration: 60 minutes, unless otherwise stated.
