    ON THE GREEN HYPE (Hypertrophy) is a strength functional bootcamp style workout with a variety of exercises- both strength and cardio designed for full body movement and functionality. This class focuses on developing your muscles using moderate weights with moderate repetitions. This class is run on our Green functional training area and classes last from 30 minutes to 45 minutes.
