Slow it down, lengthen out and move with purpose in this feel good session designed to improve flexibility, mobility and overall movement quality.
Stretch & Mobility focuses on releasing tight muscles, increasing joint range and helping your body recover from training and everyday life. Expect a mix of guided stretches, controlled mobility work and breath focus to leave you feeling lighter, looser and more aligned.
Perfect as a recovery session or to support your training, this class will help reduce stiffness, improve posture and keep your body moving the way it should.
All levels welcome. Take it at your own pace and enjoy the reset.
