Description:
BOXING combines strength and cardio while incorporating heavy bag work to enhance balance, coordination, core strength, and endurance. Classes include a mix of pad, glove, and bag work for a dynamic full-body workout. We recommend bringing your own gloves and/or hand wraps for comfort and hygiene; however, gloves, pads, and bags are provided. Bookings are limited.
