Transform your body with this dynamic, low-impact Reformer workout. Using the sliding carriage and adjustable springs, you'll build deep core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and sculpt lean muscle.
Expect controlled movements that target your core, arms, legs, and back while focusing on breath and precision.
Please wear grip socks (non-slip Pilates socks) for safety and stability on the reformer.
All levels welcome. 45–60 minutes.
