Description:
An entire class dedicated to the Glute gains... Peachy pump.... Booty burn.
Your instructor will guide your through a structured glute based work out guaranteed to help you grow a strong booty. This work out consists of banded warm ups, use of free weights, mats and steps.
Key movements of this class are knee & hip flexion/extension. Lunges, squats, hip thrusts, abduction and adduction movements along with some core stability.
Ths class can be adapted to suit all levels and abilities.
