This type of training involves compund lifts, unilateral work, and aerobic conditioning to improve movement, stability, and power. Functional lower body training is great for building strong, capable legs while supporting long-term performance and resilience. The goalis to help you move better, get stronger, and feel more confident in and out of the gym.
