    In this class you will lengthen and strengthen each muscle in the body by doing body weight, pilates balls and resistance band exercises derived from barre Pilates, mat Pilates and Ashtanga vinyasa yoga. Improve your posture, flexibility, functional strength, core strength, mobility and reduce muscular aches and pains in this fun and dynamic class!
    All levels welcome.
