    BARRE is a combination of Ballet, Strength, Cardio and Flexibility all rolled into one. Ballet inspired training to build strength and flexibility. You'll train with precision in movement and gain strength and flexibility in your muscles, whilst getting a cardio kick. This class can be done with minimal impact on your body and is suitable for all fitness levels. Class duration: 50 minutes.

    *You can cancel/change your class bookings online up until 2 hours prior to class. If you need to ammend your bookings within this timeframe, please call the gym on 07 5479 2034.
    *5:30am and 6:10am classes cannot be cancelled the morning of the class.
