    WORLD GYM TRAINING is an all round training class. It’s a mixture of Strength Training, Functional Training and Cardio. The workout is constantly changing, making your results happen faster. It’s designed to get you fit, whilst building muscle and burning fat. If you are pregnant, make sure you speak to the instructor before class to learn the safe exercise options. Class duration: 30 minutes.

    *You can cancel/change your class bookings online up until 2 hours prior to class. If you need to ammend your bookings within this timeframe, please call the gym on 07 5479 2034.
    *5:30am and 6:10am classes cannot be cancelled the morning of the class.
