  • Description:
    Relaxation/Yin: A class designed to help you relax at the end of the day. Help regulate the energy flow in your body, by relaxing and stretching your muscles in poses designed to help you feel it deep into your muscles. Suitable for beginners to advanced.
Fire and Stability: A strong practice bringing concepts of location, isolation and activation of your energy resources. Assimilating them into flow (Vinyasa). Suitable for beginners to advanced. 
Open Hatha: It’s all about the basics. It’s slower moving yoga that requires you to hold each pose for a few breaths. Learn relaxation techniques and become comfortable with doing yoga while building strength and flexibility. Suitable for beginners to advanced. All Yoga Class duration: 60 minutes.

    *5:30am and 6:10am classes cannot be cancelled the morning of the class.
