Description:
Hit Hard. Move Smart.
Learn to move, think, and fight like a boxer. This class builds real technique - footwork, combinations, defensive movement - wrapped in a workout that will test your cardio, coordination, and mental focus in equal measure. Gloves on, phones away.
Complete beginners to experienced boxers. If you've never thrown a punch, you'll leave with the basics locked in. If you have, you'll be pushed to sharpen what you've already got.
