    CIRCUIT - A low impact class designed to increase mobility, endurance, strength and fitness. A perfect class for beginners, intermediates and elderly. The structure of this class will slightly change pending on the day and instructor to create a variety – this will replicate the classes previously called ‘Passive’, ‘Gentle’ and ‘Active’.
