    A results focused 45min moderate to high intensity HIIT class with a heavy lift component.

    This three zone class is your perfect blend of sweat, strength & serious results.

    Zone one: High intenstity sprints on cardio of your choice.
    Zone two: AMRAP with various equipment (kettlebells, Dumbbells, Slam balls)
    Zone three: Slow heavy compound lift focusing on technique & loading (Squat, Dead lift, Bent over row, Shoulder Press etc)
