Description:
Grip socks compulsory (available for purchase at reception). Bring a towel & water bottle.
A full body workout with a combination of Reformer, mat & other pilates equipment including the pilates ring & ball. Focusing on the Pilates fundamentals of posture, core stability, flow, mobility & breath. You will be sure to feel the burn!
