    Our Yoga classes will build strength, flexibility and fitness while relaxing your mind and body. The Yin (restorative) style works deep into the fascia of your body, allowing for a deep release of the muscles and release of tension whilst connecting your breath, mind and body to work together simultaneously. The Vinyasa (flow) style is an empowering practice and is little more dynamic then Yin as it warms up the body and links postures to rhythmic breath in a creative sequenced flow class. The Hatha style is a slower paced class with a strong steady flow from posture to posture with focus on strength, openness, stillness, awareness and breath. YOGA is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
