    Pump Stretch - All the benefits of a Pump classs with the bonus of deep stretching.
    A total body workout buring claroies, shaping and toing your entire body using light to medium weights followed by a deep stretch. The resistance traingin of pump is designed to increase muscular strength and endurance. The deep stretch will then loosen your tight muscles and stiff joints wilst soothing the nervous system and calming the mind. A perfect combination. Suitable for all fitess levels.
