    Recovery Session - Includes access to our Ice Bath and Steam Room.
    MAX 2 Person Per Booking - (See Staff for Group Bookings)

    We have a strict 30min booking slot allocated to each member, this gives you 5 minutes to clean, get ready and compose yourself, 5 minutes of time in the bath and 20 minutes to steam.
    Please be considerate of other users and be mindful of the time.

    > You are required to wear your bathers (board shorts, bikinis, one pieces and even budgie smugglers are welcome),
    > Bring your own towel,
    > Shower thoroughly before your ice bath and/or steam session ensuring all dirt, oils, creams, or makeup is removed from your body. (We have access to showers at our facility).

    FIRST TIME USERS: Require to read and sign out terms and conditions prior to use.
