Shape, firmness and an amazing bum & tum burn is what you get with this Abs & Booty specific class.
We strengthen the quads, hamstrings & glutes to give you a rock solid foundation, along with hitting the mid-section so the abs, obliques and back muscles will create a super strong core to handle all your daily duties.
Please bring your own towel and water bottle to class.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not yet collected your gym key tag and had an out of hours safety induction, please arrive 15 minutes before class to allow time for the induction.
