Description:
This TABATA-inspired class (20/10 x 8) is one that may leave you with a few bruisers... to the body and maybe, the ego!!! One of the most efficient HIIT formats, as you'll soon discover - How much you can do in just 20 secs, BUT, it's the 10 sec rest that's the kicker!
Please bring your own towel and water bottle to class.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not yet collected your gym key tag and had an out of hours safety induction, please arrive 15 minutes before class to allow time for the induction.
