    If you want to drop body fat, improve or maintain strength and elevate your heart rate - Here's your class!
    We'll challenge your body to use both the aerobic & anaerobic pathways to stay in motion, which promotes postural stabilisation for long periods of time.
    This format is where SUPERSETS were born!
    MODERATE WEIGHT, LONGER SETS.

    Please bring your own towel and water bottle to class.

    PLEASE NOTE: If you have not yet collected your gym key tag and had an out of hours safety induction, please arrive 15 minutes before class to allow time for the induction.
