    Here, we combine the best compound strength exercises with the most effective cardio machines and movements while giving you great variety so you never get bored.
    Great for beginners, but all fitness levels will get something out of SMARTER.



    Please bring your own towel and water bottle to class.

    PLEASE NOTE: If you have not yet collected your gym key tag and had an out of hours safety induction, please arrive 15 minutes before class to allow time for the induction.
