Description:
This strength-based class uses the PYRAMID format, we start small and build to top of the mountain, then we have to get back down again. All together, 5 x working sets on the one exercise to completely challenge your strength & mindset for maximum gains.
Please bring your own towel and water bottle to class.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not yet collected your gym key tag and had an out of hours safety induction, please arrive 15 minutes before class to allow time for the induction.
