    BODYPUMP™ is a weights class to make you toned, lean and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions this class will gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories. Instructors will show you all the moves and techniques to make your first class safe and fun. Adjust your work out to you current fitness levels but starting with light weights, or just the bar.
