Description:
Beginners strength is a 30 minute class working in a small group with a trainer.
The trainer will demostrate and help you pefect different strength exercises that we do in the gym.
If this is your first class please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time so we can show you around and sort out a quick health pre screen.
Please use the car parking available on in the complex (look for the "Communal Car Parking" signs, or park on Flinders Parade and walk into our facility.
Bring a towel and water bottle with you and wear enclosed shoes.
