    Get ready for an awesome half strength / half muay thai workout at your favourite gym - HIIT North Lakes!

    If this is your first class please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time so we can show you around and sort out a quick health pre screen.
    Please use the car parking available on in the complex (look for the "Communal Car Parking" signs, or park on Flinders Parade and walk into our facility.

    Bring a towel and water bottle with you and wear enclosed shoes.

    Please note the following -

    * Cancelations can be made up to 1 hour before the start of your class (via this website).
    * To make sure bookings are available for everyone, NO SHOW'S to bookings will be penalised. 1st NO SHOW - Warning Message. 2nd NO SHOW - 3 day ban from booking training sessions and access to the gym. 3rd and consectuive NO SHOW - 1 week ban from booking and access to the gym. We also have the option of a $10 Charity donation to avoid no show strikes.
    If you are unable to make your booked session please cancel to make your spot available for someone else. No show's reset each calendar month.
    *You must have a towel to train - please bring one or hire one at reception.
    * No booking = no training.
    * Late to class policy applies. All of our classes start right on time - please arrive for your sessions 10-15 minutes before the allocated start time. You will be refused entry if the class has already started.
