    High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a methodised training technique delivering bouts of high intensity exercise intervals with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery. BOXHIIT incorporates all of this, however the main focus being cardiovascular conditioning via way of high intensity boxing techniques and exercises.
