    Designed specifically by Platform Fitness as part of their ‘Challenge
    Classes’, L.I.F.T. aims to to build, refine and enhance your overall
    strength and movement capabilities. Utilising fundamental
    movements such as squat, lunge, hinge, push and pull these
    workouts are aimed at low intensity, high strength focused and
    include core lifts such as deadlifts, squats and multidirectional
    lunges.
    This Challenge Class is designed to take you through the
    fundamentals of strength training, focusing on correct technique in
    order to build, refine and enhance your overall strength. Sculpt &
    Strengthen your entire body!
