Description:
This form of HIIT includes several rounds of high intense efforts with a variety of exercises and is sure to get your pulse racing.
Made up of 8 rounds of high intense 20s work efforts followed by a 10s recovery this workout will be sure to push your limits.
Bodyweight & light resistance pieces make up the sessions with several Tabata rounds being performed throughout followed by a Core Circuit to finish.
