    Body & Soul is a restorative fusion of yoga and pilates, enhanced with the calming flow of tai chi and the mindful stillness of meditation. This class is designed to build strength, increase flexibility and improve muscle tone while supporting both physical and mental well-being.

    Bring a yoga mat, sweat towel and water bottle.
