    Functional Training is a workout designed to be functional with a focus on compound exercises (a type of exercise that recruits multiple muscles and joints together)
    Functional exercises help you perform every day activities and use movement patterns that mimic how you naturally move as the main objective is to distribute the load throughout your whole body.
    Use your bodyweight, weights, resistant bands or any other apparatus within the gym for an all over body workout garnered to stimulate all muscle groups and get your heart rate pumping with enough variety so you will never get bored!
    Functional training classes are for those members who want to be more cretive with their workouts and love variety.
    Be prepared to use medicine balls, kettlebells, sandbags, ropes, sleds, cardio equipment as welll!
    All classes are designed to get your body to move through diverse and safe movement patterns.
    Regular Functional Trianing classes help improve speed, coordination, muscle strength, power, balance and agility as well as increasing muscle mass, bone density and strength.
