    Our Functional Training Class is run by our Personal Trainer Keri Thompson and is a workout designed to help you perform every day activities and use movement patterns that mimic how you naturally move as the main objective is to distribute the load throughout your whole body.
    Use your bodyweight, weights and resistant bands for an all over body workout garnered to stimulate all muscle groups and get your heart rate pumping with enough variety so you will never get bored!
    Functional training classes are for those members who want to be more creative with their workouts and love variety. All classes are designed to get your body to move through diverse and safe movement patterns.
    Regular Functional Training classes help improve speed, coordination, muscle strength, power, balance and agility as well as increasing muscle mass, bone density and strength.
