Description:
Be ready to feel all your muscles burning after this 40 minute strength workout with Fabian. This workout has four exercise blocks and is focused on high reps with light to medium weights. This will cover all parts of your body, starting with a combo of upper and lower body exercises and then moving from upper body to lower body, legs and back.
