Description:
Improve your cardiovascular health and strengthen your muscle with this full-body workout. This HIIT circuit consists of 3 rounds and each round is done twice for a total of 15 exercises. The workout follows a typical HIIT structure with 40 seconds of intense activity followed by a much needed 20 seconds rest period. There are a couple of minutes of warm up before diving right into the main session starting with legs, moving up to the upper body, and finishing with core.
