Description:
This is a Vinyasa Power flow for all yogis alike. Geraldine will have you flow continuously through this series of traditional on the floor and standing postures, linking breath with movement and building strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. Starting with the basic flow, you will slowly add more elements and intensity. You'll always be given the option to keep it mellow or to make the practice more challenging with variations of the poses offered.
