    ABT – a Triple Treat Workout: Tone Your Abs, Butt, & Thighs. Just like the name says, this class focuses on your lower body as well as your core. Working on strengthening your abs, butts and thighs. A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises will target common problem areas.
