Description:
Boxfit is a physical workout which infuses classic technique based combinations, partnered pad work & aerobic conditioning, in which boxers have used for centuries to remain extremely fit & in top shape to go the distance in their sport.
A typical class will involve pad work, punching bag drills, skipping, pushups, sit ups, jogging, etc. This class offers people with little to no boxing skill to experience the benefits from the fitness the sport can bring. You will be educated on punching techniques and footwork and improve your punching power, hand-eye coordination, cardiovascular fitness, and leave with a smile on your face & feeling powerful!
