Description:
This is a mindful movement class that will awaken, energise and detoxify your body and mind! It draws upon techniques from Yoga, Pilates, mindfulness and myofascial release to create a balanced and well-rounded experience. Release tension from your body through light-moderate activities and the use of props and myofascial release tools, and from your mind through ancient and powerful meditation and breathing techniques. You will leave feeling reset and ready to go!
This class caters for all levels and offers modifications for those who want a little more or a little less.
