    If you're looking to challange your strength, condiitioning and endurance then Circuit Class will suit you down to the ground. It’s a whole range of different exercise activities set up in stations. Everything from battle ropes, squat jumps to weight lifting, covering all kinds of disciplines and using all sorts of equipment, across all the key muscle groups. Make no mistake, Circuit Training can be vigorous, sweat-drenched and pretty intense from start to finish, but it’s loads of fun too and like all our classes it caters for various ability levels. Our instructors are expert enough to be aware of each member’s skill level and modify things accordingly.
