    A Yin Yoga class is slow-paced, calming, and meditative. Poses are held for longer periods of time with a focus on floor-based postures. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, and fascia) to help improve flexibility, create the feeling of space and freedom in your body, and release tension from your body and mind. These classes are suitable for all levels of students and are perfect as an evening wind-down.
