    Each month we will deliver a selection of lifts that we willfocus on for the month. Aiming to improve ability,knowledge and strength in that time.
    Your workout will be given a little nudge along with hitsof cardio.
    This class is suitable for all levels and abilities and worksbest if attended as a regular class
