Boxercise is also a great form of stress relief. You get an intense workout and improve your core strength all at the same time.
Boxercise is a session for entry level to advanced aimed at those looking to increase cardio vascular fitness and achieve more muscle definition whilst learning the basic fundamentals of boxing. Participants will learn bag and pad work drills, as well as working through a series of body weight exercises. So don’t be shy – get along and give it a try!
Boxercise classes are held in our outdoor under cover area so we can work out come rain hail or shine!
