Classical Hatha Yoga combining Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Satyananda teachings. Improves flexibility, strength, tone and balance.
Develops awareness, postural alignment, restores energy and enhances physiological, psychological and emotional systems while improving overall health and vitality. Includes asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), dharana (concentration / meditation) plus discussion of yoga philosophy. All welcome. Namaste 🙂
