    This class is designed to guide you through heavy weights based exercises that will increase your strength and muscle endurance.
    You will perform set reps and cycle through a number of exercises to work the entire body.
    Our instructor will help guide you in how to select the correct weight for your capabilities and maintain safety throughout your session.

    Please ensure great communication with your instructor in regards to injuries and pregnancy to help us create a session suited to your needs.
